Returns and Exchanges

All products purchased through AutoXccessory.com, Inc are backed by our 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee except special order or products made per order (including custom fit seat covers, dash covers, vehicle covers, floor mats, etc.) which are non-returnable. You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days after the shipment date if you are dissatisfied for any reason. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be received at AutoXccessory.com, Inc within 30 days after the shipment date. All products must be undamaged to be eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned dash kits, wood or synthetic, unless there is a defect in the product due to manufacturing.

We inspect each product before it is shipped to make sure that there is no damage before it leaves the warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the shipping company.

We realize that problems may occur and are committed to working with you to assure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. So, if you have any problems or have any questions regarding fit/finish, warranty, or returns please contact us.

It is our goal to respond to all of your questions and issues within 24 hours. Please submit your questions to the proper department. We promise that you will receive the fastest possible service.

Sherwood Dash Return Policy

  1. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which we issue for tracking customer returns.
  2. Issuance of a RAN does not mean a credit will automatically be issued for the returned goods.
  3. Responsibility for authorizing credits, is the responsibility of Sherwood Dash, Inc. Quality Assurance Department after inspection of the returned products.
  4. Products returned in poor condition may be subject to Additional Charge.

Sherwood Dash Return Restocking Fees

  1. Quality Issues for any Kit are not charged any restocking fees.
  2. Non-Quality returns for the Current Years (2006-up) are charged 15% Restocking Fee.
  3. Non-Quality returns for Non-Current Years (2005-earlier) are charged 25% Restocking Fee.
  4. Non-Quality returns for Special Order Material are NOT returnable. Please note, Standard colors are defined with the following codes: CI, AS, AA, R, AT, MET, DA, AJ, N50, CS, AD, CF, AZ, CN, AV, BE, BB. All others are considered Special Order Material.
